Complete testing guide for verifying UnitPay system functionality

Get Test USDC Tokens

Before starting, you need test USDC tokens on Polygon Amoy network:

Visit: https://faucet.circle.com/
Connect your MetaMask wallet
Switch to Polygon Amoy Testnet
Claim test USDC tokens
Also get POL tokens for gas fees: https://faucet.polygon.technology/

LP Registration Process

Register as a Liquidity Provider:

Go to LP Management
Connect your wallet (use a different address than user wallet)
Fill registration form with test data
Connect PayPal account using test credentials below

Verification Code: 123456

Create Payment Task

As a user, create a payment request:

Go to Main Page
Connect user wallet (different from LP wallet)
Click "Scan QR Code" and upload a test QR code image
Select LP and confirm payment details
Sign transactions to escrow USDC funds

Download a test QR code for payment task creation:

💡 Tip: Download this QR code, then upload it in the main page for testing.

LP Claims Task

Switch to LP account and claim the task:

Return to LP Management page
Connect with LP wallet
View "Available" tasks and claim one
Task status changes to "Claimed"

Execute PayPal Payment

LP processes the payment through PayPal:

Click "Confirm Payment" on claimed task
Login to PayPal with LP account
Send payment to merchant email
Submit payment proof to smart contract

User Confirmation

User confirms receipt of service:

Switch back to user account
View payment status in "My Payment Tasks"
Click "user_confirmed" to confirm receipt
This releases funds to LP after 24-hour timelock

LP Withdraws Funds

After 24 hours, LP can withdraw:

Check order status shows "user_confirmed"
Wait for 24-hour countdown to complete
Click "withdraw fund" to claim USDC

Important Notes

Use different wallet addresses for User and LP roles
Ensure sufficient USDC balance for testing
Test accounts are for POC only, not for production
Each step requires wallet signatures - be patient
